Service Level Agreements

forums-5
Hi,

I'm looking for a way to achieve custom SLAs based on the value of the issue type, priority and some custom fields. I also require good visibility of the SLA - the issue must show how much time is remaining before the SLA is exceeded and we must be able to filter issues by whether or not they exceeded SLA. We must also be able to place SLA's on hold when an issue is in a particular status.

I've looked at the VertygoSLA plugin which meets our requirements however it unfortunately still has some unresolved bugs which mean it is not suitable for production. The VertygoSLA team are apparently working on fixing these problems but have not given an ETA. In the meantime I need to find something else which will meet our requirements.

Is there anything else anyone can recommend, short of writing my own plugin?

Hi,

I'm from Valiantys.
For your information, we still have problem with the freeze feature in JIRA 4.0. It's now OK in JIRA 4.1.
We are currently doing a technical refactoring of the plugin to solve this problem and to release the feature of multi-calendars.
We plan it for december.

There is a real-time SLA checking and report generation tool for JIRA: (http://sladiator.com).
